Account Deletion Request
Users can request permanent deletion of their TrustSell account and associated data.
How to Request Deletion:
- Open the TrustSell app
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account
- Confirm account deletion
Data That Will Be Deleted:
- Profile information
- Listings and ads
- Saved favorites
- Chat messages
- Account preferences
Data That May Be Retained:
- Fraud prevention records
- Legal compliance records
- Security logs
Deletion Processing Time:
Account and associated data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
