- Maintain account security
- Complete seller verification when required
4. Prohibited Content
Listings for weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit products, adult content, or any illegal items are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
5. Premium Services & Payments
Premium membership, listing boosts, and sponsored ads are billed via Razorpay. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. Subscription terms are disclosed at checkout.
6. Limitation of Liability
TrustSell is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, product quality, or transaction outcomes. Users transact at their own risk following our safety guidelines.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in West Champaran, Bihar.
