Premium Subscriptions
You may cancel your Premium Membership at any time from Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied.
Listing Boosts & Sponsored Ads
Boost and ad campaigns may be cancelled before activation. Once a campaign is live, cancellation does not entitle a refund for impressions already served. Email support@trustsell.in for exceptional cases.
Peer-to-Peer Transactions
TrustSell does not process payments between buyers and sellers. Cancellation of purchase agreements must be negotiated directly between parties. Report disputes via our support channel.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time. Active listings will be removed. Pending premium subscriptions will be cancelled without refund for the remaining period unless within the 7-day refund window per our Refund Policy.
