Overview

This Refund Policy applies to payments made to TrustSell for platform services including Premium Membership, Listing Boosts, and Sponsored Ads. Peer-to-peer transactions between buyers and sellers are not processed by TrustSell and are not covered by this policy.

Eligible Refunds

  • Duplicate charges processed in error
  • Service not delivered due to platform technical failure
  • Unauthorized payment on your account (report within 48 hours)
  • Premium subscription cancelled within 7 days of purchase (unused period refunded pro-rata)

Non-Refundable

  • Listing boosts after the boost period has started
  • Sponsored ads after impressions have been served
  • Partially used premium subscription periods beyond 7-day window

Refund Process

Submit refund requests to support@trustsell.in with your order ID and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5โ€“7 business days.
